Neal Magee, owner and chef at the renowned 101 Talbot, has created a very special menu to showcase during the DublinTown Food & Drink Festival 2019. Taking place from Tuesday 15th until Saturday 19th October from 5pm, the Wild Game Menu features a selection of Irish meats, some of which you may never have eaten before.

This three-course dinner puts Irish game in the spotlight as you choose from the likes of braised rabbit, pan-seared pigeon, roast venison, or wild duck alongside ingredients that champion our homegrown produce. Sourced from Wild Irish Game Glenmalure in Carriglinneen, Co. Wicklow, Neal Magee proudly talks through the menu will guests as they settle into a unique dining experience.

This Wild Game Menu costs €34.50, which includes starter, main course and dessert.
