Experience world class performance by the Irish Barista Champion, Wojciech Tysler, using a rare naturally processed Colombian coffee.

Bewley’s is delighted to invite you to an exclusive multi-sensory coffee workshop with Ireland’s Barista Champion 2019 and Bewley’s Barista-trainer, Wojciech Tysler.

Wojciech will perform 3 sessions a day during the DublinTown Food & Drink Festival on Friday 18th & Saturday 19th October at Bewley’s Café, Grafton Street. You’ll get the chance to join Bewley’s barista trainer perform his award-winning competition routine, a unique sensory coffee experience.

Using a rare and exclusive blend Colombian coffee, a Geisha varietal with natural process, a premium coffee with a unique flavour this session with Wojciech will awaken the senses with an innovative tasting series, exploring perception and playing with sight, colour, texture and sound for a coffee tasting with a difference!

There are 5 sessions for this experience:
– Friday 18th October at 3pm, 5pm, 7pm
– Saturday 19th October at 10am, 12pm, 2pm

Tickets cost €20, and places are limited to 12 people each day.
