Riccardo Grande’s Great Italian Wine Paired Feast at La Cucina

Wine and dine during the DublinTown Food & Drink Festival as you feast on five Italian courses with excellent wine pairing

La Cucina Italian Restaurant on South William Street are hosting a delicious five-course meal that celebrates Italian cuisine in all its glory. Head Chef Riccardo Grande has created a bespoke menu just for the DublinTown Food & Drink Festival 2019 that really shows off their housemade ingredients, local produce and delightful flavours.

Dishes you’ll enjoy include Sourdough Bread with Balsamic & Olive Oil; Prawns wrapped in Guanciale; a seafood celebration of Tonnnarelli Pasta alla Marinara; 6oz Fillet Steak wrapped in Lardo as well as Strawberry Tiramisu. If that’s not enough to whet your appetite, this special festival feast also includes three perfectly paired wines.

The menu costs €65 per person with wine, and is available from Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th October from 5pm.
