Sake & Sushi Tasting at Bonsai Bar

Experience a delicious, authentic Sake and Sushi tasting at Bonsai Bar with masters of the trade during DublinTown Food & Drink Festival

Spend some time with RetroSake Sake Master Colly Murray and Bonsai Bar Sushi Chef Ken Komatsu talking through the ins and outs of sake history, production, its current position in our drinking culture and its future in Irish cuisine. Colly will be accompanied by Bonsai Bar & Taste at The Bonsai sushi chef Ken Komatsu who has masterfully paired his selected sushi with the premium sake’s available at Bonsai Bar.

Your ticket will include 5 premium sakes paired with sushi. Plus Bonsai Bar will also offer some nice bites and nibbles to guide your taste buds along the journey. You are also welcome for a complimentary Japanese cocktail at Bonsai Bar after the event!

This experience takes place from 7pm – 8.30pm on Thursday 17th October. Tickets cost €35 per person. Spaces are limited for this event, only 30 tickets are available, which you can buy via Eventbrite.
