At Cooks Academy their seafood lessons are extremely popular. They take you through the dos and don’ts of seafood, showing you how to buy, prepare and cook the different types of fish.

During this fun and highly informative day they demystify many of the secrets of fish, helping you to pair them with different sauces, and showing you various cooking styles. They work with you throughout the day, demonstrating techniques and helping you to develop them yourself. While you learn the intricacies of cooking seafood, Cooks Academy relate everything they do to a householder’s perspective, empowering you to cook these recipes in your own home.
